We are THE student handball association of Maastricht

About us

MSHV Manos offers handball to students of all levels, from beginners to very experienced players.
Our girls team plays regular matches in the local recreational competition.
Our guys play regular friendlies against local teams.
And the whole club attends tournaments throughout the Netherlands.

Besides handball, we organise a lot of fun activities, like our famous membersweekend, housecrawls and flunkyball. We also have drinks at our favourite bar, Café Heugemerveld, every week after our Thursday practice.

Practice

PRACTICE WILL START ON THE 4TH OF SEPTEMBER

We practice three times a week, on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, at the Student Sports Centre of UM Sports.
On Monday and Tuesday, we are coached by the lovely Natasja Bekker-Kivit, former Dutch international and former assistant coach of the Dutch national youth team.
On Thursday, practice is provided by one of our experienced members.
