Unfortunately, the Three for Free period has come to an end. However, we are still very happy to welcome anyone who wants to come check us out. You can join us twice for free if you have a UM Sports membership. Please sign up below if you want to join a Wednesday or Thursday practice.

Our practice times

We practice three times a week, on monday, wednesday and thursday at the Student Sports Centre of UM Sports.
On Wednesday and Thursday, we are coached by the lovely Natasja Bekker-Kivit, former Dutch international and former assistant coach of the Dutch national youth team.

Our practices take place on the following times:

Monday17:30 – 19:00
Wednesday18:30 – 20:00
Thursday19:30 – 21:00

Please note that only the Wednesday and Thursday practices are open for potential members.
